Business Litigation
The
economic issues involved in many business cases are the loss of
market share and profits, additional expenses incurred, and/or
loss of goodwill. Such litigation may arise from anti-trust or
unfair competition situations, breach of contract, patent
infringement, insurance coverage disputes, etc. In certain cases
apportionment of liability hinges on the issue of market share
when multiple producers exist.
